I am a professional chef with 18+ years of culinary experience. I have worked in various outlets in the industry from small mom and pop cafes to nine hundred room, 5 star resorts. I have a love for Italian/Latin cooking with big, bold flavors and a rustic presentation. Three years ago I started my own cooking company, Cozey. I focus on local ingredients and scratch cooking hosting private dinners pop ups, catering and meal prep.

At some of the top restaurants and resorts around the country located in Arizona, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and California.
